VCC is a centralized cryptocurrency exchange located in Vietnam and Singapore. Its official launch was in 2019, and the exchange expanded from its host countries to the rest of the world ever since, and it has millions of users. The VCC team established an exciting exchange with interesting services and features, it is considered a transparent exchange.
The user interface has a dark and bright theme, you can select any of them from the top right corner of the homepage, and you can also link your Facebook account to the platform, this will help you chat with VCC’s customer support much more easily when there is a question or issue.
VCC also focuses on Blockchain startup crowdfunding, including IEO and incubation programs, they focus on technology and user experience. VCC recently revealed that its mobile app and website users would have access to the full liquidity pool of the Bittrex technology platform.
Creating an account
To create an account on the VCC exchange, you only need to confirm your email, then enter the security code sent so that you confirm the device you are using, making the process straightforward.
Trading fees
There is no distinction between takers and makers, instead, the exchange charges what is known as a “flat fee” which means both the makers and takers are charged the same fee and the fee is 0.02%.
VCC withdrawal fee
The exchange withdrawal fee for BTC per withdrawal is 0.0002 BTC, this is substantially below the crypto industry average.
Deposit method
The exchange support deposit via wire transfer, but you cannot deposit with your credit card, however, all fiat currency is allowed and can be deposited in your account.
Trade: Buy or Sell Crypto
The button for buy/sell crypto is located at the top left corner of the exchange. This section is divided into three parts: P2P trading, credit/debit card, and E-wallet.
P2P trading
Peers can set their regulatory norms, price range, payment method, price range, and even the other parties. P2P crypto trading is a system where crypto assets are bought or sold between two or more peers directly with no intervention from third parties or central governance.
This section of VCC requires you to agree to their terms and conditions and set up 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) system. There are three coins available to trade – Tether (USDT), Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH).
Things needed to set up the P2P trade are set quantity, rating (ascending or descending), and fiat currency (only the Vietnamese VND is the currency available).
Credit/Debit card
The option for credit and debit cards is an options to buy crypto. VCC exchange provides its users with international payment cards to buy ETH, USDT, MATIC, or BTC to receive their assets to the VCC Exchange wallet.
Once you have crypto in your VCC wallets, you can trade on the platform or transfer them to your wallet.
E-Wallet
This section offers you the opportunity to buy digital currencies if you have funds in your local e-wallets. To do so, connect your e-wallet with the exchange and select your preferred crypto asset and buy.

Spot trading
This is a popular crypto trading method, here you can trade with other traders in real time. As the name implies, trading is settled immediately or on spot, most of the time, and VCC acts as the “middleman” between the buyers and sellers. In this part, you can compare BTC, ETH, and USDT against other digital currencies and decide on your order. There is also a tab for favorites to add pairs you like to your watch list and check them later instantly.
Future trading
It has not been established yet but it is anticipated. There are not many details about it but it is a method of speculating the price of digital assets without owning them. It also allows betting on digital currency’s future price.
Direct trading
In this feature, you trade crypto with someone you know. VCC offers four cryptocurrencies for trade to its user and they are BTC, ETH, XRP, and USDT. All needed is to enter the buyer or seller’s mail and the amount in BTC. There are red and green colors to indicate the buy and sell buttons; accept the terms and conditions of the option.
VCC learns and earn
This is a new feature in VCC, and it shows how VCC is more unique and more innovative than other exchanges. It helps the user earn crypto assets while learning and the process consist of three steps:
