How to reschedule orders

Send an email reminder to every guest to quickly reschedule some orders placed during a session to a different date and time.

Be aware that products of the rental and transfer, shuttle, or flight types are not supported.

Rescheduling orders to another date and time

This function is available on the session’s View Details page. There are a few ways to examine a session’s details but using the Schedule option under the main left menu is the easiest.

From a session’s View Details page:

  • Pick a single order or several
  • Select “Reschedule Orders” from the menu
  • Select a new session using the date selector
  • Hovering over the available days will reveal more details about the sessions that are available
  • Choose a session using the drop-down menu (if applicable)

Optional

Select a notice email to be sent to all Customer contacts, such as the Order Details email, to tell them of the changed start dates and hours for your visitors.

To reschedule orders, use the Done button. You can access the new session’s View Details page by clicking the Orders successfully rescheduled link.

Periodic confirmation of an incident

You must choose one of the following options if the session you are modifying is one of a series of sessions:

‘Only this session’ updates one session date.

Following sessions

This will bring the session’s start date and all upcoming sessions in the series up to date. For instance, if you are editing a session that begins on April 1 and you have a sequence of sessions that begin on January 1 through July 1; clicking Only sessions from the first of April to the first of July will be updated in the following sessions.

All sessions

The session date and all other sessions in the series will be updated. For instance, if you are changing a session that begins on April 1 and you have a series of sessions that run from January 1 to July 1; hitting All sessions would update all sessions from January 1 to July 1.

How to extend a series of sessions

A product’s timetable will eventually expire, and you’ll need to make it available longer. You can accomplish this by establishing a fresh set of sessions for the product or by simply extending the current set of sessions.

The Products List page is the best place to view all products’ upcoming availability.

  • Identify the product whose availability you wish to extend
  • Click the availability alert message

This will bring you to your Calendar with only the desired product filtered in and all other products filtered out.

  • Navigate to the day with the most recent session
  • Click the series’ final session
  • Click the Edit Session button

Within the edit session page

  • Look to the Repeat section
  • Update the Until date
  • Click the Save session button
