Unable to create a Chime account

The personal information you have provided is not correct. Please confirm your name, email address, phone number, social security number, and any other relevant information to ensure there are no errors. At the moment, the only people who can create a Chime account are U.S. citizens or permanent residents who are at least eighteen years old.  If you are not of legal age or do not live in the United States, you will not be permitted to open an account with Chime. Chime’s information verification system could occasionally make a mistake. To find a potential solution, contact the Help Center if you have verified that your personal information is accurate. And that you are qualified for a Chime account but are still unable to create one. Chime’s online checking account allows you to manage your finances from your phone. You can start using your Chime® Checking Account as soon as you have placed funds into it. You may examine your balance, begin making purchases, and use personalized alerts to keep an eye on your finances.
