Add funds to your account
To begin using Soldo, deposit business funds from your bank account into your Soldo account. The simple process lets you instantly begin card ordering.
Access the Soldo web console by opening manage.soldo.com in your web browser.
Choose the orange bank icon from the right-hand menu selection. After clicking the bank icon you move to the Main Wallet’s Deposit info section.
Send money from your business bank account into Soldo using these transfer details as you would with normal bank transfers.
Soldo allows you to request a refund of any unused deposits without needing to explain.
Generate your initial payment method by beginning this step.

- Log into the web console at manage.soldo.com.
- Click the orange bank symbol icon in the menu on the right. You’ll be taken to the ‘Deposit info’ tab of your Main Wallet.
- Use the details shown to send money from your company’s bank account, just like a bank transfer.
Remember, if you change your mind about Soldo, you can ask for the deposit money that is left in your account.
Create your first card
Soldo cards come in different forms, giving you more flexibility to organise spending to fit your business. People who make frequent personal business purchases such as travel and entertainment will benefit from having their user card. Company cards serve departments and projects that pay vendors regularly. Business cards let teams pay for company stationery expenses and event budgets through a single payment method.
Both user and Company cards can be physical or virtual:
- Plastic cards: After you place your card order you will receive it in 5 to 8 days.
- Virtual cards: Online payment starts after virtual card issuance completes in seconds.
To create a card for a new user follow these steps:
- Log in to your Soldo account.
- Under the left menu select the ‘Users’ option.
- Select ‘Add user’ and enter your data on the screen.
- The system will prompt you to decide about issuing a card for this person.
- Click ‘Yes, create a card’. Head to the Cards section in the left menu then select Add card.
- Pick which card type and spendable currency the user requires.
This final point is very important. Each card takes money from designated wallets which belong either to particular users or to teams and projects that share them.

Start using Soldo
Your new cards are ready for you to use now. A virtual card works immediately after Soldo issues it to you. Before spending from your plastic card you need to activate it through the app. The cardholder will be able to do this easily by logging into the Soldo app (iOS and Android):
- Go to ‘Cards’.
- Pick the card you want to enable in the system.
- Enter the CVV.
When you make your initial purchase you should type in your PIN. Your PIN details appear inside the app. In the app select ‘Cards’ and then ‘Card info’ followed by ‘View PIN’.
Upload your first receipt
After completing your transaction you need to add the receipt to the app. Open the ‘Reports’ section at month’s end to download your spending documents. Your receipts match your transactions automatically since the app captured them at the time of purchase.
Soldo connects with your accounting software allowing both systems to display your financial activities together. To begin integration select ‘Integrations’ from the left menu.
Invite your team
Your Soldo platform is now ready for user enrollment. You can add participants to Soldo quickly without any problems.
Determine who needs Soldo cards among your users and teams first.
Create the individual users. When you add a user your system automatically generates their wallet which lets you manage their spending limits.
Build your team card by choosing Company cards from the Create new card menu then pick a funding wallet.
